The Original Pressing is Rhythm Industry’s Ethiopia Natural, a distinctive single-origin coffee grown by smallholder farmers in the Sidama Zone of Ethiopia. Medium-light roasted to let the coffee speak for itself, this cup brings together milk chocolate, lively fruit, and smooth caramel for a layered flavor profile that changes as you work your way through the cup.

Indigenous heirloom coffee cultivars are grown at elevations of 1,700–1,900 meters in Nitisol soils. After harvest, the coffee is fully natural processed, hand sorted, and dried on raised beds, allowing the fruit to remain with the coffee during drying and contributing to its fruit-forward character.

Think of finding an original pressing in the back of a record bin—the history is part of the experience, but what really matters is how good it is when you finally put it on.
