The Highland Session is Rhythm Industry’s single-origin Honduran pressing, grown in Marcala, La Paz by a cooperative of approximately 1,500 growers. Medium-dark roasted, it delivers a rich combination of caramel, warm spice, and brown sugar—a deeper, comforting profile made for settling in with a favorite record.

Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Lempira, and Typica varieties are cultivated at elevations of 1,300–1,700 meters in clay-mineral soils. After harvest, the coffee is fully washed and sun-dried before becoming part of the Rhythm Industry World Pressing collection.

Think of it like a recording session tucked away in the mountains—warm, layered, and full of character. The caramel and brown sugar provide the smooth foundation while the spice adds just enough complexity to keep you listening.
