The Southern Stereo is Rhythm Industry’s Mexican single-origin pressing, bringing together coffees grown in the celebrated regions of Chiapas and Oaxaca. Medium roasted, it delivers a layered combination of rich chocolate, warm cinnamon, and crisp green apple—three distinct notes playing together in one beautifully balanced cup.

The coffee features Typica, Criollo, Bourbon, Mundo Novo, and Caturra varieties grown at elevations of 900–1,000 meters in clay-mineral soils. After harvest, the beans are fully washed and sun-dried.

Think of it like putting on a record you've heard before and suddenly noticing something new—the chocolate lays down the deeper groove, cinnamon brings the warmth, and green apple adds a brighter note to the mix.
