The Volcanic B-Side is Rhythm Industry’s Nicaraguan single-origin pressing—a balanced medium roast grown by smallholder farmers in Molino Norte, Matagalpa, Nicaragua.

The cup brings together cocoa, floral character, and citrus tones, creating an interesting contrast between deeper and brighter notes. Cocoa provides the foundation, delicate florals sit higher in the mix, and citrus gives the finish a little lift.

Yellow and Red Catuai, Catimor, and Parainema varieties are grown at elevations of 900–1,590 meters in clay-mineral soils. After harvest, the coffee is fully washed, fermented for 12–14 hours, and dried on patios and raised beds.
