The Pacific Deep Cut is Rhythm Industry’s single-origin Papua New Guinea pressing, grown by small agricultural cooperatives in Chimbu Province. Medium roasted, it brings together the smooth sweetness of caramel and honey with a layer of fruit that gives the cup a brighter, more distinctive finish.

The coffee features Bourbon and Typica varieties grown at approximately 1,350 meters in volcanic loam soil. After harvest, the beans are fully washed and dried naturally in the sun.

This is the coffee equivalent of digging a little deeper into the record bin and discovering something you weren't looking for—but end up taking home.
