THE ANDEAN A-SIDE
Peru • Single Origin • Medium Roast
Every great record has an A-side—the track that introduces you to the album.
The Andean A-Side is Rhythm Industry’s Peruvian single-origin pressing, grown by the Cooperativa Agricola de Servicisios Norandino in the highlands of Piura and Amazonas, Peru.
Medium roasted, this coffee brings together the rich sweetness of salted caramel, a smooth, silky character, and a touch of citrus brightness. It’s an inviting combination that makes this an easy coffee to put into regular rotation while still offering enough character to make every cup interesting.
Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor varieties are grown at elevations of 1,100–1,700 meters in clay-mineral soils. The coffee is washed and dried naturally in the sun before becoming part of the Rhythm Industry World Pressing collection.
Think of it as dropping the needle on Side A of a record you know you're going to finish—the first sip pulls you in, and the rest of the cup keeps you listening.
Drop the needle. Pour a cup. Start with The Andean A-Side.
