The Barrel B-Side starts with single-origin coffee from Guatemala, but this isn't an ordinary pressing. Before roasting, the green coffee beans spend 30 days aging in a bourbon barrel, absorbing the character and aroma left behind in the wood. Only then are they roasted to order.
